Dashboard
The Dashboard summarizes saved repositories, downloaded local copies, available updates, forks and recently used repositories.
Repository Library
The library is the main place to search and review saved repositories. It includes Add Repository, a View Local filter and an update-check control for local repositories.
GitHub Profiles
The sidebar can store public GitHub profiles. Adding one opens an in-app form where a profile URL is scanned for public repositories and forks.
Local repository storage
Repositories downloaded through Bow Git Vault are stored in Bow Git Vault's writable application-data area so installed builds can safely manage local repositories. Local copies are visually identified in the library and can be opened from the app.
Repository workspace
A local repository opens into a dedicated workspace. The first working prototype includes Overview, Changes, Commits, Branches, Files, Remotes and Settings. Overview shows branch, last local commit, last remote update, last checked time, remote address, languages and README content.
Tracked Files
The Files tab groups tracked files by top-level directory. Root files stay together while other folders appear as separate groups. A search field helps manage larger repositories.
Settings
Settings shows the local repository directory, provides access to local App Data, displays basic saved/local repository counts, and includes Bow Git Vault application update controls.
This documentation describes the first working prototype pictured on the Screenshots page. Later builds may add, remove, rename or relocate controls.
